In May of this year, a Southeast Asian concrete admixture manufacturer issued an urgent purchase request to a domestic trading company for 200 tons of high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer, requiring completion of the entire process from preparation to delivery at the destination port within 25 days.

Under normal circumstances, the delivery cycle for this order is 35-40 days. Faced with the client's time pressure, our company quickly activated its emergency order response mechanism: locking in raw material inventory and coordinating production scheduling on the same day, reducing the preparation time to 3 days; expediting booking with shipping companies to coordinate the earliest possible shipping date; and simultaneously preparing a complete set of export documents, including dangerous goods packaging certificates, COA, and MSDS, ensuring zero delays in customs clearance.
