Early this year, a Polish industrial coatings manufacturer presented us with a specific need: to find a coating additive raw material that combines flame retardancy with low VOC emissions to meet increasingly stringent EU environmental regulations.

Our technical team, in conjunction with our domestic partner factories, screened five candidate products for small-batch trials based on the client's specific formulation and application scenarios. We also assisted the client in completing performance testing and VOC detection. The final solution reduced the client's original raw material costs by 12% and VOC emissions by 25%, while also achieving REACH and RoHS compliance certifications.

Currently, the client has incorporated this raw material into their standard formulation and placed an annual purchase order with us. This case has also provided valuable experience for our company in expanding into the European coating additives market.
